Dr. Su-Ming Lin is an accounting and corporate governance expert and an Emeritus Professor of the College of Management at National Taiwan University. He previously served as Vice Dean of the College of Management, Chair of the Department of Accounting and Director of the Graduate Institute of Accounting at National Taiwan University. He has also held various public-sector, financial and corporate governance positions, including Director of Taipei Exchange and Director and Resident Supervisor of Chang Hwa Commercial Bank.
Dr. Lin currently serves as an independent director of Taiwan Fertilizer Co., Ltd., AP BioSciences Inc., Sunny Friend Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Arizona State University and has passed the CPA examinations in Taiwan and the United States.
